Charge Buffalo is a JILI slot inspected from official provider material on 2026-10-22, showing four rows and six reels, a 4000x maximum, medium volatility and four published RTP settings from 96.08% to 97.51%. This page explains what the sources actually prove, how to read the original promotional screenshots, and how to compare total spin cost against expected returned amount using labelled hypothetical peso examples.
Calculate cost, return and net result
Net result:
Enter non-negative amounts no larger than 1,000,000,000.
Hypothetical pesos: a ₱10 charge and ₱6 return give −₱4 net. Include the full feature return, and count its entry cost once. This does not predict a spin.

What this inspection establishes
This page rests on documents we actually opened on 2026-10-22: the JILI game page for Charge Buffalo, three official provider sheet PDFs (for the original, ASCENT, and 3 Charge Buffalo editions), the JILI pages for the related Charge Buffalo ASCENT and 3 Charge Buffalo editions, and the PAGCOR app kit list dated 19 May 2026. We did not complete a live demo session, so everything here comes from provider text, the official sheet, and promotional artwork, not from our own settled spins.
What is established: the original game is described as four rows and six reels with 4096 arrangements, maximum 4000x, medium volatility. The official sheet lists four RTP configurations, 96.08%, 96.53%, 97.03% and 97.51%, and a stated hit frequency of 25.60% with no definition supplied, so that figure cannot be read as a win rate or bonus rate. Scatters award free spins, with more scatters awarding more, and wild multipliers feature in free games.
What is not established: the exact scatter trigger counts, the full paytable, any bonus buy price, the active RTP at any specific operator, and current Philippine peso stake limits. The sheet shows EUR limits of 0.1 minimum, 0.3 default and 100 maximum, which are not verified PHP values.
Finally, PAGCOR lists the original and both related editions, but a game entry alone does not prove any operator licence, current availability, or withdrawal reliability. Treat that list as a catalogue reference, not an access guarantee.
Read the original provider screenshots
The official promotional screenshots, each 1136 by 640 pixels, show a board of six columns and four rows, matching the written description of six reels and four rows. They are provider marketing images, not results from our play, and the balances shown cannot be chained together as an audited session because each image is a separate staged example.
One screenshot shows balance 128223.50, bet 10, and WIN 120. Another shows the free games screen with balance 128213.50 and 8 Free Spin displayed, consistent with the description that scatters award free spins. A third shows WIN 51 with Free Game 10 and a wild 2x, illustrating the wild multiplier feature inside free games. Notice the balances differ between shots: 128223.50 minus a bet of 10 gives 128213.50, which is tidy staged arithmetic, not proof of any real sequence.
A separate introductory image advertises a 5x Wild and 99 Free Game. Those labels illustrate the feature; neither is established here as its maximum or a guaranteed award.
The standard controls are visible: gear for settings, balance, bet, win, a lightning icon, and auto or spin buttons. The exact names and behaviour of the advanced controls are not documented in the sources we inspected, so check the in-game help before assuming what each toggle does.
Compare total cost and returned amount
The useful habit is to separate three numbers: total charged cost, total returned and net result. Enter a completed return in the calculator rather than an RTP-based forecast. The four published RTP configurations are theoretical models, while the tool above subtracts the amounts you enter.
Hypothetical example one. Suppose you make 500 spins at a hypothetical 20 pesos per spin. Total cost is 500 times 20, which is 10000 pesos. If the selected RTP configuration were 96.08%, the theoretical long-run returned amount on 10000 pesos staked is about 9608 pesos, a theoretical net of minus 392 pesos. At 97.51% instead, theoretical return is about 9751 pesos, a theoretical net of minus 249 pesos. Same play, different configuration, different expected drain.
Hypothetical example two. A single hypothetical 100 peso spin at the 4000x maximum would pay 400000 pesos, which is why the cap matters, but the probability of reaching that cap is not published and must not be assumed.
The matching-path tool on the rules page answers a different question: 2 matching symbols on one reel, 1 on the next and 3 on the third give 6 paths. That count is not a cash return. To use the money calculator, take the full amount actually charged and the full settled return instead. Count a triggering paid spin and its free-game sequence together, without inventing extra charges for free spins.
Use the edition checklist
Start by confirming the edition. The original Charge Buffalo has six reels in its provider artwork; Ascent is a separate five-reel, 40-line game with a 20000x maximum; 3 Charge Buffalo has five reels, 1024 ways and medium-high volatility. All three appear in the PAGCOR game list, which does not establish what any particular operator currently carries.
Next, read the in-game information panel rather than trusting a banner. The original shows six columns and four rows in the provider's own promotional screenshots, which matches the 4 x 4 x 4 x 4 x 4 x 4 = 4096 arrangements in the description. Separately, the metadata says 40 paylines. We could not resolve that conflict from the sources, so treat the paytable you see in the client's help screen as authoritative and note the discrepancy.
Then check the stated RTP configuration inside the game rules. The original's official sheet lists 96.08, 96.53, 97.03, and 97.51 percent configurations, and which one is active is an operator choice. Also read the scatter trigger counts and free spin rules directly, since the provider confirms scatters award free games but does not publish the exact trigger mapping.
Finally, confirm edition math before judging any headline number: 4096 describes possible arrangements, not win probability. For illustration only, a paytable path paying 3 ways on reel one, 2 on reel two, and 1 on reel three would yield 6 matching paths, which explains the mechanic without promising any cash outcome.

Check a mobile launch yourself
We attempted to open the official trial entry for the original game and could not complete a session. The page returned a normal HTTP 200 through a standard browser flow, but two capture attempts timed out and a later local run failed from memory limits, with only about 0.8 GB of free virtual memory on our machine. So we report zero played rounds, not a finished review.
That is why we suggest you verify the launch yourself before depositing anything anywhere. Open the provider's public trial entry in your phone's browser and watch three things: whether the lobby loads within a reasonable time on your connection, whether the board renders at six columns and four rows, and whether the spin, bet, and balance controls respond without layout breakage.
While you are in the trial, screenshot the rules panel. Record the RTP value shown, the scatter trigger description, the wild multiplier wording, and any bonus buy option with its price. The sheet we inspected quotes euro stakes of 0.10 minimum to 100 maximum, but Philippine peso limits were not verified, so the client's own numbers are what count for you.
Close the session and note one practical detail: the official screenshots label controls like lightning and auto spin with icons only, and the exact semantics of advanced toggles are not documented in our sources. Confirm each toggle's behaviour in trial mode rather than first meeting it with real money.
What has not been measured
Several numbers commonly quoted about this game are not actually established by the evidence we hold. Philippine peso stake bounds, the full original paytable, exact scatter trigger counts, bonus buy availability and price, and the active RTP setting at any specific Philippine-facing operator are all unverified. The euro figures on the official sheet are configuration examples, not proof of local limits.
The hit frequency of 25.60 percent on the original sheet also has no supplied definition. It cannot be equated with profit frequency or bonus frequency, and the listed split of 59.92 main plus 36.15 bonus, totalling 96.07, is one configuration's breakdown, not every version's. Likewise, marketing language about unlimited free games describes a feature possibility, not unlimited returns.
Because we completed zero demo rounds, we also have no measured load times on Philippine mobile networks, no withdrawal observations, and no GCash or Maya acceptance data for any operator. Search results in this space are mostly generic promotion, and we found no corroborated first-hand Philippine player reports we would trust enough to summarise.
For a sense of expected-value arithmetic, take a purely hypothetical 20 peso spin at a theoretical 96.08 percent RTP: the long-run theoretical return is 20 x 0.9608 = 19.22 pesos, a theoretical cost of 0.78 pesos per spin. That is an average model across enormous play volumes, never a forecast for your session, and these peso amounts are illustrative only, not evidence of available stakes. Any figure you see elsewhere that we have not listed here should be treated as unverified until you read it in the game's own client.
